YOKO guarantees your satisfaction.

If you are unhappy with a purchase, return item in good condition within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria. After we get your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and on return of the goods we will refund the amount paid less the initial postage charge, however if returns are being made because of faulty goods then the postage costs will be reimbursed. The refund will be made in the same manner that the initial payment was made. If you have paid by card please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 5 days from receipt of goods.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and packing charges appear beside the product and will be added to the shown price.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. If there is a delay you will be notified by email. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
